An application programming interface (API) is a source code-based specification intended to be used as an interface by software components to communicate with each other. URemit has developed following different kind of APIs to facilitate our partners for smooth and real time transaction processing.
API
URemit API is designed using service oriented architecture principles to support partners where partners do not want to interact directly with URemit online remittance application. Partner can consume the API easily as this API has a WSDL interface (Web Services Description Language) that any client can use to send or receive the transaction, regardless of which platform the partner is using.
SOAP
Send us your Transactions via SOAP over HTTP(S) and we will deliver them to the beneficiaries asper our standard timeline. Compatible with many SOAP client development toolkits such as SOAP and .NET.
File Formats
Send and Receive Transactions in your specific file format. Provide us your required file format. Just login into your URemit Account and download transactions into your own customized format while is compliant with your internal system. This process of integration is feasible for partners who do not have IT infrastructure and their internal software support File processing. You can Send and Receive transactions in following formats.
-XLS
-XLSX
-XML
-TXT
-CSV
File Transfer over FTP
You can send and receive files to UREMIT through automated FTP service. If you don't have your own FTP Server, then UREMIT system can automatically download the transaction file from your FTP Server and process it. After processing, UREMIT will upload the response file into your SERVER which your system can download and update the status in your internal system.
If you don't have your own FTP Server, then we can design the folder structure for you on our FTP Server and the process would remain same.
