APPLICATION PROGRAMMING INTERFACE (API)
URemit API is designed using service oriented architecture principles to support partners who do not want to use URemit’s web based remittance platform. API can easily be consumed by partners as it has WSDL interface (Web Services Description Language) that a partner can use to send or receive the transaction, regardless of platform the partner is using.
File Formats
Send and Receive Transactions in a specific file format and is feasible for partners who do not have their own technical resources or where their software only support’s file format processing. For sending transactions, we will be providing you Send transaction excel format and you just need to add transaction and upload the file using URemit’s web login and authorize them. For receiving transactions, provide us your required data file format and we will prepare and make it available to you. You will just have to login into your URemit’s account and download the transactions in your customized file format and you may process the same in your system. URemit’s system supports following file formats for Send and Receive of transactions XLS, XLSX, XML, TXT,CSV
File Transfer over FTP
You can send and receive transactions through files to URemit by an automated FTP service. If you have your own FTP Server, then URemit system can automatically download the Send transaction file from your FTP Server for processing. URemit will upload the response file into your SERVER once transactions are processed and your system may download and update the status of transactions at your end. Similarly for receive transactions, URemit system can automatically upload receive transactions file in your FTP server for processing and get status file once placed. If you do not have your own FTP Server, then we may provide your access to our FTP Server. For more information, contact our operations team.
